The band is called Dear Dakota.
We are not sure why he is "sitting" like that.
We also don't know why he "decided" to take off his shoes.
These kids are clearly sitting in front of their high school, I can't wait until their principal comes out and totally hooks them up with detention. They aren't getting detention because their music sucks or because they are ditching last period... they are getting it because that kid decided to sit like that and he also took off his shoes. Pretty detention worthy if you ask me. Nah mean?
